Our Founder/CEO, Starla Kay Mathis began to host monthly mastermind meetings with a few college friends in her home in 2017. Within a few months, the group began to succeed and accomplish many personal goals and business objectives. Starla knows what it is like to be paralyzed in fear and not complete the vision God has set forth. Her purpose and vision for Create. Connect. She is passionate about sharing how she manages life, style, and business as a wife, mom, and entrepreneur on her blog, YouTube channel, and podcast. Starla is a community-driven leader and a creator of safe spaces, and she believes in creating a life you love and living it.
